Impaired Driver Intervention Programs
What you need to know about Impaired Driver Intervention Programs.
NH RSA 265-A:18 requires that individuals convicted of impaired driving/boating offenses attend and participate in a New Hampshire approved Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP).
IDCMP's are approved by the NH Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services.
For a complete listing of the approved IDCMPs and information that is provided to an individual following a DWI conviction in New Hampshire, please see the Impaired Driver Care Management Program and What They Offer form on the Department of Health and Human Services' website.
For additional information related to changes to the NH laws and administrative rules, please go to the Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services' Impaired Driving Program website.
